About This Journey
Dhyana, often translated as meditation, is the seventh limb of Ashtanga Yoga and represents the continuous flow of awareness toward a chosen object of meditation. This 21-day program is designed to gradually develop your capacity for sustained meditative attention.
Each day builds upon the previous, introducing new techniques and deepening your understanding of the meditative process. Through consistent practice, you'll develop the mental stability and clarity that leads to deeper states of awareness.
